RETURNS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you want to return the order, please let us know by:

  • Email us at koroaen@gmail.com or message us via the shop contact form. Please provide your order number.

  • Refund will be made by the method you used for payment.Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you


Custom-made goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items include:
  Gift cards
  Downloadable products

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your account again, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at koroaen@gmail.com

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website before placing the order.

Most of items in our shop are handmade, it might take from three to four weeks from receiving payment to shipping the order.

    

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If your order is delayed by the post please contact us, and we will contact the post for you.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

  • Our acceptance of your order will take place when you receive an automatic email from our shop, sent after the payment is complete.

  • If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will refund any payment that you have paid for the product. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for. Some orders might take more time to complete, depending on how time-consuming creating the items will be.

  • We will assign an order number to your order, it will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

  • We sell to the EU countries, Australia, Canada, United States of America and the rest of the world. If your country is not available for shipping please contact us before ordering.

Each item is made by hand so your product may vary slightly from those images.

  • If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible, or if the product is already being made for you.
