We gladly accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-ship products. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made, personalized orders, and pre-orders can't be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

For pre-order items, it takes 1-2 weeks to be made. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-7 days within Europe and 1-2 weeks for the US, Australia, and Japan.

We accept credit card payments and wire transfers. All orders are shipped by registered airmail with a tracking code. If you prefer EMS shipping, please contact us. Note: We cannot send non-registered mail.
