What is your exchange/return policy?

Accepted Answer

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-ship products. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made, personalized orders, and pre-orders can't be returned or exchanged. If you have any issues, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

How long does delivery take?

For pre-order items, it takes 1-2 weeks to be made. Once shipped, delivery takes 3-7 days within Europe and 1-2 weeks for the US, Australia, and Japan.

What payment methods and shipping options are available?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit card payments and wire transfers. All orders are shipped by registered airmail with a tracking code. If you prefer EMS shipping, please contact us. Note: We cannot send non-registered mail.

Can you ship to my country if I don't see an option?

Accepted Answer

Due to coronavirus restrictions, we can't send packages to some countries. However, let us know where you are from, and we'll try to find a shipping option for you!

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we can make custom ANYTHING. If you need a different color or size, order something similar and let us know the changes in the order comments. For special or complicated requests, just contact us, and we'll discuss it.

Yes, yes and yes ;)
We make everything by ouselves, starting from scratch. Soon we will add more info about the production itself, we know its interesting!
