SHIPPING POLICY
Some of our items are pre-order items. It usually take 2 to 3 weeks for them to be finished and shipped out. The items in-stock can be sent few days after payment.
All orders will be shipped by registered airmail, with tracking code. Please contact me if you want to ship it by EMS. We cannot send non-registered mail.
We accept Paypal and card payments at the moment
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations for pre-orders.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged,
however if you're not happy with your custom made order you can contact us and we can modify if it that is possible.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
